- What's the usable capacity and lifespan of the battery?
- Are the warranties manufacturer-registered?
- Is monitoring included?
- Who actually does the installation?
Red flags
Vague sizing, no site survey, unbranded equipment and prices that seem too good usually mean an undersized or short-lived system.
